TESTIMONIALS

What Our Clients Say

Bennett Home Inspections was recommended to me by my Agent – and I feel fortunate to have even got them for a home inspection within my 10 day timeline. Do yourself a favor and call them as soon as you can in the home buying process. They are busy for a reason and if you are wondering why – just count all the five star reviews. Great experience from begin to end. Website is clean. Scheduling was easy. Geoff and TJ are the definition of professional. Just like a lot of professions, there are levels, and I am here to tell you that even at the Master Inspector level – Geoff is at the top.”

Some Clients Have Asked

What does your home inspection cover?

Structure, exterior, roofs, plumbing system, electrical system, interiors, heating system, fireplaces and stoves, air conditioning systems, insulation and ventilation, site, attached garages or carports, fireplaces and stoves, site, attached garages, carports, and structural pest/dryrot.

Do you go on the roof during your inspection?

Yes. We inspect single level and multiple level homes. We get up there to walk the surfaces and inspect the roof components. Occasionally we can’t, for safety reasons, but with our drone, we still evaluate the roof.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Vancouver, WA and surrounding cities including Camas, Washougal, Orchards, Battleground, Hockinson, Ridgefield, Salmon Creek, La Center, Yacolt, and Woodland. We work all over SW Washington in Clark County, Skamania County, and Cowlitz County. We go east up the Columbia River Gorge to Stevenson, White Salmon, and Bingen. We go west toward the coast to Cathlamet. We serve up the I-5 corridor to Kalama, Kelso, Silverlake, and Chehalis.

Is there a mileage fee if the home is in an outlying area?

Any property farther than 30 miles will be charged a distance fee.

Do you operate in Oregon?

No. At this time we do not operate in Oregon.

Do you inspect homes on the weekends, or later in the day?

Yes. We inspect Monday through Saturday, but not on Sundays. We have dozens of morning and afternoon appointments available each week to accommodate your short inspection contingency timeline. If you can’t be present for the inspection, we can video chat or call to highlight and recap the inspection with you.

What are our payment options?

Payment is due on the day of the inspection, and we accept cash, checks, or debit and credit cards. If you prefer, we can send an online invoice you can pay from your device.
