HOME INSPECTIONS BENEFITS
Leverage the Power of a Thorough Home Inspection
More Negotiation Power for Repair Costs
A detailed home inspection report gives you more leverage to ask for repairs or credit, especially in a seller-friendly market. It will allow you and the sellers to reach a reasonable solution and avoid overpaying for a house.
Protect Your Family from Dangerous Health Hazards
Making sure your new home does not impose dangerous health and safety hazards is our top priority. Keeping your family safe has always been a core value and mission of our home inspectors from the start!
Take Calculated Risks and Say No to Money Pits
For most of us, buying a home will be one of the biggest investments we make in a lifetime. We can help you avoid money pits by identifying costly repairs like electrical, plumbing issues, or structural defects.
Be Mindful of Upcoming Home-Related Expenses
With rising construction costs and inflation, it’s always good to be prepared for upcoming maintenance and expenses for things such as: the furnace, electrical system, roof or water heater.
Spot Hidden Problems that Are Costly
Everything might look good during your walk-through with your realtor. But our home inspectors can see signs that others might miss: moisture, mold, leaks, foundation concerns, and unsafe structural concerns like rotting. These are not easy nor cheap fixes.
Know the Proper Ways to Fix Discovered Issues
Our home inspectors will point out the problems in the home and make recommendations for appropriate fixes. It’s good to know the best way to fix it and avoid costly mistakes, whether you’re a handy homeowner or plan to hire a contractor.
